words can be the best encouragement

I realised recently that my memory is getting bad. :( It's the short-term type and sometimes its freaking me out. I feel that my brain is like functioning as slow as my uncle's already. It is ageing?! shhhesshh. Hence I made a point to check out what are some memory-booster foods! Believe it or not, I am going to give it a try :D

Tips from msnbc.com :

Some of the best cruciferous vegetables: Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and bok choy.
Some of the best leafy green vegetables: spinach, collard and mustard greens, kale and Swiss chard.
Some of the best foods for anthocyanin: Berries (all varieties), cherries, black currents, eggplant, red, black, and purple grapes, plums, rhubarb, red onion, red apples, red/purple cabbage, and red beets.
Some of the best foods for quercetin: Onions (red, yellow, white), kale, leeks, cherry tomato, broccoli, blueberries, black currants, elderberries, apricots, apple with skin (Red Delicious), and red, purple, and black grapes

Never mind the scientific terms! I dont take Biology so I cannot explain them anyway. :/
There is also speculation that folic acid and fish helps too! Thank goodness I love to eat fish. Ooh, I just had baked fish rice yesterday? And I ate cauliflower for dinner just now. Hmm, in secondary 4 I often had cherry tomatoes and apples quite frequently. Now i dont eat them too often because only my mum buys that. Sigh, I better stock up my favourite apples. :)

I greatest accomplishment of the week is to turn in at 10pm yesterday night! I was so freaking tired i just had to sleep! I was so proud of it that I kept telling my friends in school today. HAHAHA. However, I still feel sleepy in school :x, and dozed off during econs without knowing. Actually, I do feel guilty about falling asleep in class, but sometimes the lessons are too boring my mind just cannot take it anymore. Sometimes, i just doze off without knowing.
Yup, oh, I had a nap just now too. Why am I so sleepy?

Sleep debt. probably.
