So much of the sale at Topshop, I didnt buy anything there. Instead, my sis and I went to River Island and I got this pair of shimmer jeans leggings at half price. MUAHAHA. I am so proud of myself of being a bargain hunter. :D

On Christmas Eve I went out with Darren to town to shop. I was caught by surprise when I saw the fleamarket in Far East! But it was rather disappointing because I could not find anything nice and cheap. BOO. To avoid the crowds we took bus to Vivocity and he took me all the way to Mount Faber. Nice place :D The view from there was spectacular and Henderson wave was WOW ttm. HAHA. First time been there.

Yesterday cousins and I made a trip to Ahni's new apartment. It was Pinnacle @ Duxton, the very marvellous buildings(but which also somehow looks like jail from inside). The block was very accessible. Chinatown, Maxwell market and Outram are just nearby. And from her house, at 31st storey you could peak a little of the keppel harbour while the view directly facing her is CBD. This is the most wonderfully built HDB estate I'd ever seen. And I heard that Lee Kuan Yew is coming for the opening ceremony too. WOW.
In the evening a few of us girls went to Huiting's house for a mini Christmas Party. We played the Wii. Seriously, it was my first time playing wii and all of us enjoyed Band Hero most I think. I tried playing the singer, guitarist and drummer. HAHA. Drumming at the easy level was quite fun. :D Woa, and i ate alot of the cheesecake truffles I got myself a stomachache. :S

In the morning I went to learn Korean language, Han-gul, with Chenyu and friends! First lesson was about vowels and consonants and about how to recognise korean words. Great, I am finally picking up a new skill in this long holiday. December really feels longer to me this year, because I have done alot of things and gain even more NEW experiences. At least, I would not regret for what I have done for 2009. :D

D and I went to 'Bangla Park' tonight because the movie tickets for AVATAR was sold out :( Got very cranky and high and kept laughing. HAHAHA. Then walked home.
Now I am at episode 12 of Autumn Concerto! For dont know what reason youtube couldnt load a few videos, but I finally I managed to open this after 59235641412055 attempts. LOL.

MY MUM IS WEIRD. She suddenly comes to ask me what I am doing on the computer. And ASKED ME WHY I BLOG? What a question. -.o Ok, it's more weird than that.

Despite sleeping at 4am to finish watching Autumn Concerto Ep4, I managed to stay perked up for this long and exciting day. I took the Mrt to City Hall early this afternoon so that I have some time to wander around Suntec before work. Literally walked in high speed so that I could glimpse at most of the shops. LOL.

And so, my discovery of the day is that TOPSHOP IS ON SALE NOWWWWW. :D ok, it's not like I fancy Topshop, but when high-street brands are on sale, stuffs would seem more appealing to me. haha. I saw plain canvas sneakers in New Look which come in basic colours at only $9.90! When I saw it I was thinking that I could transform it by using some blings and ribbons. Not a bad idea right! Anyway, that high-speed window shopping took me 30mins and so I reported to work at 2pm.

Work is not BORING. It is fabulously FUN today. It was the last day of Popular Bookfest in 2009 so the crowd was expected to be larger. In my first hour of my shift, there were already two customers who bought more than 10books each. Ohyea, except for CY's irritating cousin who keeps hitting my head, work never seemed more fun. ALL BECAUSE POPULAR WAS GIVING AWAY FREE PAIRS OF LEE MIN HO'S CONCERT TICKET. That made me enthusiatic all day because while the MCs were talking on the stage some distance away, I was jumping and shouting "I want the tickets" from my booth. LOL. When CY came i ran to join a game of 7-times-table on the stage to win the tickets. CY immediately joined me. HAHA, luckily our boss have not reached the fair. Anyway, I met YangLu on the stage playing the game too! I knew she was working in the book fair as well but I often went to peek at her store to not see her around. Actually she was in-charged of moving about to promote product. Ahh, so the three of us went up stage to play the game and lost. Boo :( Seriously, I was disappointed.

However, after some time there was another round of game that gives out green envelopes which i guessed contain Lee Min Ho photos. Since it was an answer-and-question game, I dashed up to answer but the MC recognised me and only gave me 3 powerpuff ice-cream erasers. -.o Honestly, I was very pissed! I got the answer correct but only get such a stingy gift! RARR.

There was an asiasoft online gaming event in Suntec today too. My Mum brought my brother there to have some fun and my sister joined them while me and my brother worked at book fair. After knocking off we joined them too. :D The event was great and people kept giving away posters and calendars which are chio ttm. HAHA. My biased mother bought my youngest brother a mushroom(maplestory) plushie and maplestory merchandise! But the happiest thing was that my sister won the lucky draw! She got second prize and won herself Razor mouse and headset. DAMN COOL. :D

Ohh, one last thing to add... I have a really fantastic boss. She gave us girls perlini silver accessories. The EAR STUD. OMG. The coloured gem ones are those I am looking for. Now I can more or less strike off the 'crystal ear studs' from my wishlist. HAHA.
Well, she may not see this but thank you Sarah anyway. :D

Other than Santa and my one and only blog reader, I guess this Christmas wishlist that I am going to make is a secret(unless I have other secret blog visitors?) HAHA. So... I know I may be a little late, but the day is not here yet, and I hope Santa will not ignore me. :D

I just came back from genting yesterday! It was certainly a fun trip and I am very grateful of my Mum for that. We took coaches there and back. :D The grassland coach that we returned in was a bumpy ride that gave me motion sickness, so bad that I vomited and spammed preserved orange skin.

On the first day we watched a freaking funny and kind of lame movie, "The Princess And The Frog". On Thursday we went to the theme park!
Because we brought Jun Lin along, most of the rides we took in theme park were family rides. My sis dragged me and Jun Xian to play Space Shot but we chickened out. HAHA. The last time I tried gave me goosebumps that stays with my till now. I dont think I will ride that unless I do a dare! Nevertheless, we enjoyed the flying jumbo, and thrill rides such as cyclone and spinner. Haha. I also met long-lost primary school friend, Melissa, in genting!

This holiday brought me and my siblings close together, especially when my brothers behaved themselves. I feel that I love that more now. Heehee :D My youngest brother is just too adorable when he doesnt throw tantrums. Ok, I made a new discovery too: I am loving starbucks! haha. Cafe Mocha rocks ttm. :D

Today my cute little niece is one month old! How young! HAHA. HAPPY FIRST MONTH, GEORGIA! :D
I am enjoying my work at the bookfair, looking at children running about and communicating with them surely brightens up my mood. Tomorrow will be the last day of bookfest and I'll be going back to office again. Sigh. I hope Xingnan calls me up to confirm my position as a relief teacher.

Post-exam period is really relieving. There is no stress of the reopening of school! And I am spammed with gathering invites. However, it is also a challenge to balance work and life and manage time properly.I think I should also start to pave my study and career prospectives, or I might be left behind, aimless!

This year I attended two proms! Acjc's on Tuesday and crashed AJC's prom yesterday night. It was FUN!

My sister helped me out with the outfit and advised me on the make-up and my cousin did up my hair! Thanks alot :D
Ohh, and I love this tank top that says "TIAN CAI", I am going to wear it someday. Hehee.


Acjc's prom was at Island Ballroom at Shangri-La! I never knew i was going to enter that room from the front door as a guest rather than the waitress! The photo above was taken in the toilet. AC's prom was a little more formal as compared to AJ's. I like the jazz pop band performance and boys generation dancing to GEE. Hilarious TTM. It kind of makes me want to dance along my way home, like a prom aftermath thing.
Went home with my prom date. I visited the GIGANTIC purple christmas tree before boarding MRT. :D LOL, and I yawned 18times on my journey home. CLASSIC.

It's better late than never. I caught the movie "2012" with my mum, sis and brothers in the afternoon. It was really sadistic, but definitely worth watching. Throughout the whole movie I didnt go to the toilet, just gripped in my seat, amazed by the wonderfully done graphics and animations. Hmm, but the sound effects can be improved? Sometimes there were too much noise coming together that I makes me feel disgusted.

HAHA, anyway, '2012' was quite impactful to me and maybe to you guys too. Will the world come to an end? Well, I do not reject the idea that one day things might stop running, but maybe not so soon? Earth is increasingly experiencing more catastrophe, but the largest and most critical ones might not hit us. And, I also feel strongly that, if the world were to end, practically everything living would be wiped out, no species will survive and continue breeding. Yea. HAHA, this sounds really sadistic but it would not be acted out in any movie because main actors would have to die too(not so in hollywood movies).

Soon after the movie, we all rushed to the toilet, before having dinner at Kopitiam. :D While i was walking I heard a little child crying, and that kind of gloomed my mood. 2012 withdrawal symptom? My sis and I immediately felt so helpless and hopeless. LOL. No worries, I have recovered already. :D

Ha, now for the bad news. :( This morning I cut my fringe by myself, and kind of screwed it up. As I pressed and hold down my fringe while cutting, I didnt realise I have cut it too short. Now I look like a toot. :X SUAY... Ok, there's a solution to every problem! When there's a will, there's a way... To relief myself of the terrible state of my hair, I bought BEAUTEEN hair colour to dye my hair! HAHA, FINALLY! This is the first time I have my hair coloured, and I have chosen Milk Tea Beige. It's a little golden and I love it! I had wanting to do this before examsssssss. LOL

:D It really feels great to be enjoying holiday, after exams.
